The Role: The Marketing Manager owns the execution and management of IML's lead generation engine—primarily Meta Ads, with the scope to expand into other paid channels. The Marketing Manager's job is to translate the founder’s direction into running campaigns, manage day-to-day optimization, keep the lead pipeline (webinar sign-ups + call bookings) full and healthy, and report back with clean data to facilitate fast decision making.
Location: The position is in our New Delhi office (Saket), and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR.
Pay: Depending on your skills & work experience.
Hours: This is a full-time position.
