The Company: Iron Man Lifestyle is a fast-growing dating and lifestyle coaching company helping Indian men get over their social anxiety, develop their confidence & social skills, and meet their partners.
The Role: Creative Director - We’re looking for a Creative Director who can own the brand’s video content end to end—from ideation to shoot execution to post-production—while building viral, high-impact content across platforms. This role blends creative vision, executional excellence, and team leadership across long-form, short-form, documentaries, and game-show-style formats.
Location: The position is in our New Delhi office at Saket, and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR.
Pay: This is a salaried role, and pay will depend on your skills & work experience. That being said, if we find the right fit we’ll be offering competitive salaries.
Hours: This is a full-time position.
